Client Shipment Record
In 2003 Sterling Logistics Solutions(Sunwheel Messenger) made an environmentally conscious decision to eliminate the use of multi-part waybills.  Delivery signatures are now collected on each individual courier s Daily Delivery Manifest. If you are not using Sterling Courier Delivery Order Online to place and track your orders, our Client Shipment Record gives you the option to manually record individual shipment details.

World Express Pre-printed Waybill Request
Each World Express Service delivery must be accompanied by a waybill.  For customers not using Sterling Online and printing an online waybill for all World Express services, we offer pre-printed waybill service.  Please fill out and submit the form below:

US and International Express Export Documentation
When your international shipments (1) include items other than documents, you need to include a Sterling Logistics waybill (2) and typically one original and two copies of a commercial invoice (3).

When you are sending multiple packages to the same recipient, only the lead package (1) requires a Sterling Logistics waybill (2) and three copies of the commercial invoice (3), to be placed in an envelope marked Export Documentation.  Each additional package must have a fully completed address label and a Sterling Logistics Order/Tracking number clearly identified.

NAFTA, the preferential trade agreement between the United States, Mexico, and Canada, may allow for reduced duty charges on qualifying goods. Your shipments going to these countries qualify for reduced rates under NAFTA guidelines and require that you include a NAFTA Certificate of Origin with your shipment.

Additional Documentation
Other documents may be necessary based on the nature and the value of the shipment and on the particular rules of the destination country.
